Welcome to Venture Skill India ("VSI", "we", "us", "our"). We are Eastern India's career transformation partner offering industry-mapped training in CAD, EV, Fashion, Drone Technology, German language training for healthcare mobility, and placement services including Gulf and Germany corridors.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, fill enquiry forms, interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google and other platforms, or use our counselling and placement services. This policy is compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology Rules 2021, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) of India, and requirements of Meta Ads and Google Ads for user safety and privacy.

2.1 Information you provide directly:

• Contact Details: Name, phone number, email address, city/district, state
• Academic & Career Details: Education qualification, course interest (CAD, EV, Drone, Fashion etc.), career goals, work experience, resume/CV
• International Mobility Data (only if you opt for Germany/Gulf programs): German language level, nursing credentials, passport details, visa-related information
• Communication Data: Messages via contact forms, WhatsApp, phone calls, counselling notes
• Payment Data: If you make a payment, we collect transaction ID, amount, but we do NOT store full card/UPI details – processed by secure payment gateways

2.2 Information collected automatically:

• IP address, device type, browser, operating system, referring URL
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, clicks, scroll, form abandonment
• Location (approximate, based on IP)

2.3 Cookies and Tracking Technologies:

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. See Section 6 for details.

• Through website forms ("Free Counseling", enquiry popups, admission forms)

• When you click on our Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads

• At our centres during walk-in counselling or events

• To send course updates, job openings, placement drives via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email
• To improve our website, programs, and student experience
• For marketing and advertising: to show you relevant ads, measure ad performance, and build lookalike/remarketing audiences (with your consent)
• To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud

We will NEVER sell your personal data.

We process data based on: your explicit consent (when you submit a form or click "I agree"), legitimate use for counselling you requested, compliance with law, and contractual necessity for providing training and placement services.

This disclosure is mandatory to run Meta and Google Ads.

• Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – to understand traffic and behaviour.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel): We use Meta Pixel to track conversions from our Facebook/Instagram ads, build audiences, and deliver personalized ads. Meta may collect your IP, browser info and associate it with your Facebook account as per Meta Data Policy.
• Google Ads & Remarketing Tag: We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing to show ads on Google Search, Display, YouTube after you visit our site.
• Other pixels: LinkedIn Insight Tag, YouTube embeds – if used in future

On your first visit, you will see a cookie banner. You can accept or manage preferences. You can also control cookies via browser settings.

We share data only on need-to-know basis with:

• Service Providers: Website hosting, CRM (LeadSquared, Zoho etc.), email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, payment gateways, analytics providers – all bound by confidentiality
• Hiring Partners & International Employers: Only if you enrolled for placement, with your explicit consent
• Government/Skill Bodies: NSDC, JSDM, DDU-GKY or other affiliating bodies when required for certification
• Ad Platforms: Hashed data (e.g., hashed phone/email) may be shared with Meta and Google for ad matching – never plain sensitive data
• Legal: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety

We do NOT share your data with unauthorized third-party marketers.

For Germany and Gulf placement corridors, your career profile may be transferred to employers, language institutes, and visa agencies in Germany, UAE, Saudi Arabia, etc., only after your consent. We ensure adequate safeguards as per DPDP Act.

• Enquiry/lead data: Retained for 36 months from last interaction, then anonymized/deleted
• Student admission data: Retained for 7 years for certification and audit as per government norms
• Cookies: 13 months max
• You can request deletion earlier (see Section 11)

We implement reasonable security practices – SSL encryption on website, access-controlled CRM, limited staff access, periodic security audits – as mandated under IT Rules, 2021. However, no method is 100% secure. Please protect your OTPs and do not share passwords.

As a Data Principal, you have the right to:

• Right to Access and be informed about what data we hold
• Right to Correction and Update
• Right to Erasure / Deletion
• Right to Withdraw Consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing)
• Right to Grievance Redressal
• Right to Nominate a person to exercise rights in case of incapacity

Our courses are for individuals 18 years and above or those above 16 with parental consent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact us for deletion.

Our site may contain links to Autodesk, NSDC, government sites, payment gateways. Their privacy policies apply when you leave our site.

We will acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. For material changes, we will notify via website banner or email.
