Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana

DDU-GKY Project

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana is the Ministry of Rural Development's placement-linked skilling programme for rural youth. Venture Skill India runs DDU-GKY centres that recruit candidates from rural households, train them against National Skill Qualification Framework job roles, and carry them through to verified placement — with residential training, on-the-job support and post-placement tracking built into the delivery model.
