Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of ventureskillindia.co.in (the "Site"), operated by Venture Skill India Pvt Ltd ("VSI", "we", "us"). By using the Site or submitting a form on it, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site provides information about our skill-development courses (Academy) and our placement, staffing and CSR partnership services (Staffing). Course content, fees, batch dates, seats, eligibility and placement outcomes shown on the Site are indicative and may change. Admission and placement are subject to our separate enrolment or service terms. Past placement figures do not guarantee a job, salary or overseas posting.

When you fill an enquiry, callback, job, employer or CSR form, we collect your name, mobile number, email, city, college or company and the details you enter. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act), by submitting the form you give consent for us to process this data for the following purposes:

• to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about your enquiry, courses, batches, jobs or partnership;
• to record and manage your enquiry in our customer-relationship (CRM) system;
• to understand which advertisement or channel brought you to us (for example UTM tags, Google click ID or Facebook click ID), so we can measure and improve our marketing;
• to measure ad conversions with Google (Google Analytics / Google Ads) and Meta (Meta Pixel and Conversions API). Where we share your email or phone number with these platforms for measurement, it is first converted into an irreversible hashed form.

We do not sell your personal data. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

As a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent at any time, nominate another person, and raise a grievance. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already done. To use these rights, contact us using the details below. We aim to acknowledge requests within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits, clicks on call and WhatsApp buttons, and form submissions. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may then work less well.

You agree to submit only true information about yourself, not to submit forms on behalf of others without their consent, and not to misuse the Site (for example spam, automated submissions, attempts to break security, or uploading harmful content).

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos and course material, belongs to VSI or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party marks such as Autodesk, NSDC and AICTE belong to their owners.

The Site may link to third-party sites such as WhatsApp, government portals or employers. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, VSI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
